"I live in the neighbourhood, maybe once a month or so. only spent $27 and cobb salat was part of the order. asked for blue cheese dressing, coming home, no dressing! I knew I should have checked the bag because the last time I gave them my business, the job was missing something. She called and talked to the manager as if she could be less interested. I never get my business again."

"While visiting Asheville, we chose The Blackbird for two reasons, first the menu and second, it was walking distance from our hotel, The Foundry. Paige, our waitstaff, was wonderful, she was attentive and knew the menu very well. I would recommend this restaurant for local, creative and delicious fare."

"I was stranded in Asheville NC because my car was stolen and u could not find any place to charge my phone but Chick-fil-A fed me and let me charge my phone and didn't tell me to leave like every place did before then did. I was so relieved and grateful and it still took 2 more days to get back to Knoxville tn and my car is still missing and now trying to file a police report isn't happening. So yesterday I bought a bicycle until another door opens for me."

"Waited nearly 40 mins on a Sunday evening for our order (3 items). The restaurant was dead. Only to have our $13 order of Whisky Strips to come out as a handful of tiny chicken bites. Very sad. Drinks are good. Bartender was attentive."

"Stopped in for a late lunch, tried the blta grilled chicken salad. Everything tasted fresh. Nice balance of greens with the other bits and pieces of bacon, avocado, tomatoes, and chicken. It was a cute place with great tin ceiling tiles. They serve thefull menu all day. Decent selection of breakfast, sandwiches and salads. Staff was friendly and helpful. Looks like they have afull bar, might be a great place for brunch."
