"The menu is very inventive and there 's a big focus on healthy eating. I had the kale tonic which was refreshing, and the chili chorizo omelet which was tasty. Nice salad to accompany it too. Great, friendly service too. My only criticism is that for such a 'health-conscious ' restaurant they don 't have any non-dairy alternatives for milk"

"I went with a friend for lunch in the early afternoon and it wasn 't busy but wasn 't slow. The server allowed us the courtesy to talk and take our time while also being attentive. The food was a bit on the pricey side for my liking compared to other establishments like this place, but they hype up the 'fresh ' claim so I suppose that 's why. The coffee was fair and the environment is comfortable and homey. They have an open platform kitchen so diners can watch from particular tables. Cozy, more intimate booths available. Great place for breakfast, lunch.. family, date, or alone to read a book. Wide variety of dietary options such as vegetarian, vegan, etc. Give this place a try!"
