"Signature friendly Chick-fil-A service! Smiling faces, courteous conversation and fast service considering the volume. Many free items and rewards, too. I got a chicken sandwich, 8 piece nuggets, 3 orders of medium fries and a large tea for $3 with all of my offers available from Sean Hess, Portsmouth Blvd store owner, a survey and a general app offer. "Service was OK. Waitress was rarely around. Steak was good though a bit over priced. We split 3 sides for two and had loads left over good sized portions. My sauce was forgotten but we got charged for it my own fault for not saying anything, but this shouldn 't happen at this type of restaurant."

"The food is good, for down home comfort type food. My parents love the place, and some of my family members are regulars here. The service is great, the food is good (not very original or impressive though). Be careful though, they close at 2 PM!"

"We stopped in to try some of the new menu items. Ordered the popcorn chicken with sweet Thai chili sauce, bacon and cheddar potato balls and BLT Cobb salad. Popcorn chicken was very good, battered perfectly and not dry at all. Potato balls had a very strong pepper taste which overpowered the bacon cheddar flavor and no sauce was offered to dip them, so we were unable to eat many of them. Serving size for the price was great. The salad, was a disappointment. I was told by the person taking my order that the salad had Chicken, my choice of grilled or fried, bacon, corn, avacado and hard boiled egg. For $16 that's what I expected. When the salad came out, there were no eggs, because the kitchen hadn't made any for that day. No problem, I'm flexible, but there was no chicken. I inquired, and was told the salad doesn't come with chicken, but I can order some for an addition cost. Now, I specifically asked if it came with chicken, so imagine my confusion. $16 for a bowl of romaine with a sprinkle of corn, chopped up bacon and 6 thin slices of avocado..... next time, I'll stick with what I know they do best, and just get the chicken!"
