"I ordered the fish chips this evening, for $16. That was a disappointment. There were three small, about 3 inch, pieces of fish each just slightly bigger than my finger. They were not battered but appeared to be breaded, and their dark color suggested that they left in the fryer too long. The chips were about 10 small wedge cut potato pieces. It all came with a small portion of tartar, and a pack of ketchup. Not very tasty, and definitely not worth $16. After the fish chips I was still hungry. I had to be at the location for a community band performance, so I ordered the Cobb salad $13). It was better than the fish and chips. The next time we visit Como Park I'll be bringing my own food. I can cook a lot better than those kids at Dock and Paddle."

"Although it is not a rural location, this restaurant has a kind of land charme. the dining room is large and open, but not too loud, even if it was full on the afternoon. I had the veggie pita, with portobellos, sprouts, tomaten, and a delicious vegan pesto aioli. I have the side salad instead of chips that only green with a zitrusvinaigrette, but tasted good. great, quick, friendly service."
