"What an oasis of calm in such a beautiful station. A wonderful place to meet friends near the platform. Staff couldn’t have been nicer and food lovely. Not as many tables as last time I visited so will always make sure I reserve one of their few tables for another time ... only one negative is the lack of a toilet. There are the stations toilets a short walk away but the queue for the ladies is often very long so not ideal mid lunch! Will definitely be returning next time I’m back in London St Pancras!"

"A truly excellent experience from beginning to end. The expert and knowledgeable staff really set this place apart from other nearby pubs. Really delicious food, a wide selection of beers and the wine list is fantastic. It is refreshingly rare to find somewhere whose wine list is so good for those who love natural wine and those who are not so exhausting evangelical about it. A facility that takes food, drink and service seriously and where everyone really works hard to make everything look so effortless. Will be back."

"I love the parlour at fortnum’s they sell so many lovely treats !! Such as sundaes , knickerbocker glories , and more , I went to the parlour a few times and I went for my birthday which was in November and I got scones and they were amazing ! They also gave me a fortnum mason colouring and activity sheet which I still have when I next go to the parlour I’ll get another one so I can frame it ! It’s very beautiful as well !"

"I was expecting much more from out time there. My girlfriend and I went for a meal with friends, saw the pictures online and thought it would be nice, but the staff were quite slow and the vegetarian options were pretty poor. Tip, don't order the artichoke hearts, they're definitely not worth the wait or price."

"This is the worst experience I have ever had. I really wish I could get my money back. It was very loud, disorganized and terrible overall. The waiters didn't know which tables belonged to them. The people there were incredibly loud, enough to visibly disturb everyone else, and nobody did anything about it. The food was badly seasoned and cooked. The portions were tiny. Never come here, never. It is a terrible hotel restaurant."
