"Recommended by our hotel I had the pork cinghiale and it was delicious. Very filling. Tira misu was a delicious dessert. House red wine was really good too. Very helpful and friendly server. Got lucky and sat next to a couple who we talked to through the whole meal. A very friendly delicious place!"

"We spent several days in Florence and Francesco Vini really stands-out as our favourite meal. We started by splitting portions of fried pasta dough (served with tuscan prosciutto e cream cheese) and Florentine egg Benedict (with truffled pecorino cream, spinach and crispy pancetta). We picked them out as something different and glad we did as both were wonderful starters. Two of us then split a Bistecca alla fiorentina with my wife and daughter ordering pasta. We ordered our steak rare with potatoes spinach and it was, along with the pasta dishes, cooked perfectly. I've not had another Bistecca to compare but as far as I was concerned it was pretty much faultless. The service was first-rate with our waiter perfectly balancing professionalism with being approachable and chatty. All in all a fantastic experience and the first place we will book if we go back to Florence."
