"So after our horrible experience last time we visited Rocco’s last month we decided to once again visit as it was our favorite taco place. We arrived promptly at 8pm and After being seated I knew immediately there was going to be problems after watching our waitress have constant problems with food orders at the tables around us. The female manager and the male manager on duty had to visit the table next to us multiple times due to different issues. Now back to our experience, we got the all you can eat tacos as we usually do. The first round came out about 30 minutes later not horrible but for 8 total tacos 30 minutes? As we continued to watch the problems occur at the table next to us I felt horrible for the poor waitress as she had to constantly apologize. When she finally got to us we put in for a second round. Second round arrived around 9pm and the tacos were wrong. I explained to her that I’ll keep them as I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for 3 tacos. As I asked for one more round the waitress informed me that she went ahead and put in for us a few minutes previously so was happy about that. Around 930 it came. Almost 2 hours there. I love Rocco’s and always have but the last 2 times we have visited this establishment I can clearly see there is a major problem with personal. Waitresses are over worked and kitchens understaffed or no sense of urgency? Rocco I know you responded to me last time but clearly there is something bigger going on here…"

"We enjoyed the guacamole and salsa. The medium guacamole and it was fairly spicy. Each person ordered a different kind of enchiladas and tacos and then we traded around so that everyone could try several kinds. We were severed quickly which would be good for people who have an evening engagement. Our only complaint was that it was quick noisy which made it difficult to hear each other at our table."
