"We were given a gift card to use for my wife’s birthday dinner. We came in on Sunday 10/8 had a reservation at 5:30. We were seated and given menus. They weren’t too busy in the dining room area. Our waitress took our order and left. We had water on our table but no cups to pour them in. I had to ask the hostess for cups. All the other candles on the other tables had been lit except for ours. Our food finally came and overall was pretty good. We would have liked some more ketchup and water but our waitress was again no where to be found. In fact we didn’t see her anymore after our dinner was brought out. Again, I had to flag down the hostess to bring us our check after waiting for what seemed like forever after we finished. Overall, we were highly disappointed with the service we received."
