"4/5 overall. Will recommend you get reservation as this place is popular has complimentary valet. Has a covered patio and inside seating with a decent menu of items for food and drinks. You start with comp chips and a red and green salsa both of which are great and taste fresh. We had the pozole soup and taste was great but thought they went light on the chicken. We then had the enchiladas suiza and huevos ranchero both of which were tasty. The rice in in the enchiladas are amazing. The espresso martini is absolutely worth it."

"This is my first bad review on google. I don 't like leaving bad reviews, specifically leaving a bad review on small businesses, but the overall experience was pretty bad. Both employees treated us as if we were bothering them the whole time. It was uncomfortable. Any time we asked the lady a question we received attitude, eye roll, or she would answer to us with her head down while she continue to text on her phone. It was just such an uncomfortable situation. Food tasted okay definitely not the delicious flavor our culture takes pride on. The food is definitely overpriced compared to other similar places but more than thr price the experience was just not worth my money. To give you an idea 2 tacos 2 small drinks and small camaro mix was $40.00. Overall the bad experience feels personal as it is NOT a good representation of our food and culture. Won 't be coming back."

"Quality and service is 10 out of 10, but I witnessed the owner be super rude to her employees. Asking her staff to make (and remake) her “the perfect smoothie” (in a comically disrespectful way) while the staff was visibly stressed during a busy period. Only reason I knew who she was was bc of all the press she gets. Maybe don’t dress down employees when customers are in earshot or better yet, don’t dress them down at all."

"Good food. I have the coconut fish. The ceviche came in a small bowl with chips on the side. Like a dip, remembered Thai food. Very delicious if you like fish and coconut comb. We shared an Asada Torta. The bread reminded me of sourdough. Meat itself was beautiful and delicate. Definitely more bread to meat ratio. Still good. Pay attention to the Jalapenos they added a kick. Three tacos: mushroom cheese, pastor and shrimp. Mushroom cheese is delicious because the cheese has been roasted and how a pack has been stacked on the tortilla. The mushroom was also very juicy and tender. Pastor was delicious. Shrimp taco also good, but I think I prefer Loch Mole style more (which is crispy compared to this that was juicy shrimp). We also had the vegan churros. They were also good, hotchata and pineapple bath were good. Chocolate was okay. The service here is great. Decor is very hip with Baja Vibes."

"Great place with the beach away to the wall down. the customer service was great and I could invite a parasailing for the recipe that was convened for me. that was an AWESOME adventure! the car to go parasailing, took me up and brought me back. there is a bus stop in front of the lodge that can bring it to other places or the reception will call it a taxi. the food was delicious! it is a great place to relax. highly recommended."
