"My husband and I love coming to the Capitol grille, our favorite dish we come for is the lamb chops. Additionally, I love the lobster Mac and cheese!!! What we ordered is the lamb chops, lobster Mac and cheese, the corn, mashed potato’s and the Brussels sprouts. We used to come for special occasions but now we’re regulars here and we request Shane every-time we come now. The time previously before this, we had gotten Shane and he catered to everything we needed. He had great conversation and we didn’t feel rushed, he was very patient with us and checked on us frequently. His service is 10/10 and he is very personable, if you want a great server with a great personality and who is very personable, Shane is your guy. He also ensures you have everything you need and he works super fast to get everything to you. Overall, the Capitol grille is just a great place to dine and it’s always a good time and just a very calm ambiance. Everything I’ve tried here is great, no complaints. Of course we will be back. Thank you Shane for all you do!"

"Coworker and I were in the area for a conference and their menu caught our eye when looking on OpenTable. Both of us had two different types of burgers and they both were amazing! Large burger that we both could barely finish, however the highlight of meal was the homemade chips with creamy blue cheese on top! Absolutely AMAZING (for lack of better word)! Lots of space, several TV's to watch your favorite sports team, full menu of options and our server was very friendly and helpful in food suggestions."
