"This was the first time we came to this place, now that it is called The Palms Restaurant. We were a group of couples. The range of food and beverages is Pan Asian Pacific Rim themes, so there are many Hawaiian Japanese polynesia themes drinks and foods that use fruit (pieapple, passion fruit, oranges, guava) and recipes (poke bowl, sashimi, moco loco). The ambience, given the exterior and directly in the middle of the Los Gatos Santa Cruz Ave stripe is wonderful. The food was overwhelming. The Ahi sashimi was small, not fresh, and had a strange color to the flesh. The Loko moco rice was crunchy as if dry from overcooking. The tempura was okay. The Pina Colada was very thin, so not the best. The tropical P.O.G. was one of the better drinks. I think this place has a lot to do, especially location, location, location. If they should focus on improving the adaptation of their drinks and food menu, it could be a great place to have a completely pleasant experience."
