"We had such a bad experience. eating was less than acceptable. in my oysters was worth half a beach of sand, which was also badly fucked. I pointed it to our server and she brought it back to the kitchen. we ordered the ribeye medium rare . we cut into the middle it was much more than medium rare. more like medium, the medium approaches well. we pointed out and sent it back. we were not offered any other steak that was cooked as we demanded. the manager came by and said very loud, I took the oysters and took your bill. loud enough for other tables to hear and then went to ask” they have ever utter before” and their ribeye was just a little over boiled” when I reacted that everyone gast delivered their food as they ordered it was very angry and became even louder and drew more attention in our direction. “Our real cook isn’t here tonight, so it’s part of the problem. he's a superstar. “I asked her what her name was and she reacted. I am the MANAYER” now yes, I had thousands of oysters in my time and own 2 restaurants that served them daily. a few hundred plus a day. I would have been embarrassed to serve what we have received. and if I seldom order a steak medium, shouldn't the expectation be that the steak medium is rarely served? should I just expect that what we order is not correct? unnecessary to say our special night was ruined, we will ever go back and will make sure to share our experience with all so that they are not in the fashion we were. unfortunately I did not make pictures of the very bad quality dishes. I wish that I have shown the world the unacceptable quality that has been encountered. thanks elizabeth “THE MANAYER” for showing what really hospitable is. I will. use her behavior and act as training for my teams, as not to act. I do not know that I have ever been so dissatisfied with the service in my 23 years in the industry."

"I went to this restaurant for the first time because it was chosen by my date. I thought the food was good. But overall I would not go back again. For what I would consider a mall restaurant, their prices were very high, the service was mediocre, and I would not call it a romantic place to take a date. The waiters were pleasant, but they had to be asked repeatedly for things. We had to ask sometime to times for simple things like more water, sauce for one of our dishes, plus new forks and knives to replace the ones that were taken away after being used for previous dishes. My date had to eventually get up and get her own knive before her food got cold. Based on the cost of their dishes, one would expect better service. Then to add insult to injury when I get the rather substantial bill, there is a service charge because I paid by credit card. No staff member advised me that there would be this charge, and I did not notice any disclosure that if the bill is paid by credit card there would be an additional charge. I'm so incensed by my overall experience, I am taking the time to express to others what occurred. My intention is not to damage the restaurant's reputation, but to give them feedback that they need to do a better job"
