"We took my Mother to Savannah's for a birthday lunch with the girls. Three of us had salads, two chicken tender baskets and a Ruben sandwich. The food was excellent! We had a rough start with service, but the waiter that assisted us was very nice and apologized for the delays. (I've been on multiple occasions and also had the coconut shrimp...wow!)The reason for the 4 stars...(And the bumpy start to the service)I have to admit, the decor needs to be tweaked. Maybe some small something on the tables as you enter the restaurant area? I also attended a business breakfast there and the food was very good as well. Just the decor/room set ups seems to be lacking. We are looking forward to sitting on the patio that overlooks the golf course when the weather cools down! If I ever hosted an event there, I would require being involved in the room arrangements/decor. I think they would definitely attract more business with minor changes. The food, they have down pat!"

"This was my first time at Republic Grill and it was outstanding! Our server was very friendly and informative. Told us about the special which sounded amazing and then got our drinks out right away. I ordered the burger which you could choose your bread and cheese and add bacon. They make all of their sauces from scratch and they were delish! The burger came with with fries onion rings or sweet potato fries. All came out hot and cooked perfectly. The pork chop was a large portion and came with this amazing maple dipping sauce! I could've drank that stuff! Service was excellent and will definitely be back!"

"Nothing unusual, but we enjoyed our dinner here. The food was good, hot and fresh. Big portions, but we could eat every bite. The restaurant itself is very impressive with architecture and some noise at the bar. You have live music in the evening. A good place to check in the forests for a reasonable price!"
