"We had reservations for 2 people on a Saturday night at 8:30. There was a special on to celebrate their 25th anniversary a 3 course meal for 25.00. We had been there before and it was good, so decided to give it a try. We were met by an older man who we think is the owner. He was grumpy and not very courteous and despite the fact that the restaurant was virtually empty, he seated us in the back corner, near the kitchen. There were piles of dirty dishes at a table clearly visible to everyone. We received our menus, but there was no cutlery, no serviettes and we waited. And we waited. There was a young woman serving, the older man who sat us and a young man who we thought was the bartender but turned out to be our server. We waited at least 15 minutes before he came to take our drink order and remember the restaurant was at most 1/4 full. He brought our drinks in a reasonable time, and then brought our table setting and some bread two buns that were significantly under cooked. He then took our order. By the way, he was friendly enough. I ordered from the prearranged menu, my partner ordered al a carte. I asked for the Caesar salad and was asked if I still wanted the romaine lettuce. I gather that they are just about the only establishment still using romaine in all of North America. I decided on the green salad. My partner ordered the fried calamari. The dressing on my salad was good enough, but it consisted of a spinach base with shredded cabbage and carrots. The calamari was obviously reheated and rubbery. Bits of deep fried salmon and one solitary French fry was among the rings. For main course I had the salmon stuffed with cheese and spinach, cooked vegetables and basmati rice. All but the rice was fairly good, the vegetables well cooked without being over done. The salmon was well cooked. My partner had the barbecued chicken salad which was okay. Nothing to brag about. The problem was with the service. It took at least 30 minutes for the server to take the order and although it was delivered in a timely fashion (the appetizers too fast to have been prepared specifically for us) it took forever to remove the plates. Then I waited for my dessert order to be taken. We sat with our half finished plates for about 1/2 hour until out of frustration I had to call the server over. The same had to happen to receive the bill. This was the worst service I have ever had in any restaurant anywhere in the world I have eaten!"

"There are not too many places in the city where you can enjoy a good and copious brunch sitting outdoors in the sun. This is one of them. I must admit that I rarely go there in the winter... but when temperatures rise and the sun shines, it is one of my preferred weekend restaurants."

"Another fair restaurant with decent food and not muchin the way of atmosphere. To be fair, the place is in the middle of basically nowhere, and most of the customersdon't really stay; it looks like more of a take-out/delivery joint than a place people come to dine.The Thai is good, but I was a little disappointed that therewas no Som Tam (Papaya Salad) on the menu. For me, that's really the litmus test for a true Thai restaurant: you'dbe challenged to go anywhere in Thailand and find a menuw/o Som Tam on it (or at least a vendor who wouldn't makeit for you if they didn't bother with a menu)."

"Beautiful little jewel in mimico (long branch, lakesore at browns line.) I would definitely recommend their oysters, they can enjoy every Tuesday and Thursday a cuckoo. they are fat, delicious and groundless. they also have big Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday specials. and, don't even let me go to the tacos. I lived two years in mexiko, and the tacos here are excellent, accompanied by a full bar, along with a beautiful selection of craft beers, on tap. cozy and private ambiente. the menu is simple, including ribbed and fish chips, they are consistent and tasty. and not to forget to mention kay, one of the owners, she is ready to welcome them with a smile and beautiful drinks."

"I have been a loyal customer for years and years but tonight is my final visit here. The food is awful now. It just keeps getting worse every time I go. It has really gone down hill. The chicken tastes gross, the sauces are so thick and salty. The noodles are all mushy and anything fried tastes of old oil. I'm so sad because this has been my go to for Thai for years and the place where my family celebrated many occasions."
