"The thickest bagel around. For $9, I got a plain bagel with lox cream cheese and that thing could barely fit in my hand! Flavor wise, I thought the cream cheese was pretty unique because I've never come across cream cheese with lox embedded in it. They don't skimp out on the cream cheese but at some point (aka halfway through) the flavor got way too overpowering with this cream cheese to bagel ratio. My biggest qualm was that the bagel was hard af. I got it toasted and that was a big mistake. Instead of getting it warm with a nice crisp, it turned out incredibly hard. By the time I got through half my bagel, my jaw was so fatigued from all the chewing. With that being said, don't get your bagel toasted!As for the service, I came on a Thursday at noon and it was packed! I waited about 20 minutes just to order and then another 10 to get my order so beware of potential rush hours. Overall, decent bagel place but wouldn't frequent often unless I was desperately craving a bagel like that."

"During our weekend getaway in the city, my wife and I decided to treat ourselves to some authentic Thai cuisine, and Der Krung Thai Cuisine caught our attention with its positive Yelp reviews. We were not disappointed.Like many establishments in the city, seating at Der Krung is limited, but we were able to find a comfortable spot without feeling crowded. We kicked off our meal with the Shrimp Dumplings, which were beautifully crafted with shrimp, bamboo shoot, and sesame oil, accompanied by a delightful homemade dipping sauce.My wife, who prefers milder spice levels, opted for the Lovely Nest. The combination of chicken, onions, scallions, bell peppers, chili, carrot, cashew nuts, garlic, and pineapple served in a rice crispy noodle nest was a flavorful and satisfying choice. I chose the Kai Sub Kha Prow, featuring minced chicken, garlic, chili, bell peppers, basil, and string beans in a chili basil sauce. Both dishes were outstanding, and we even had enough leftovers to enjoy as a late-night snack in our hotel.Der Krung Thai Cuisine is a solid choice if you're in the mood for delectable Thai food in midtown. The flavors were authentic, the portions were generous, and the overall dining experience was highly enjoyable."

"Cozy filippino spot in the East village. I went there for brunch and we were all happy with what we ordered. I would definitely recommend the Eggs Imelda (sorry no pics of that as we started eating too quickly)! I'll definitely go back for dinner to try the rest of the menu."
