"Siam Thai Cuisine Cebu city has lot to offer when it comes to restaurants and nightlife. So where to eat in Cebu? A safe card is always to be in Ayala mall for eating and shopping. On the 1:th level of Ayala terrace you can find Siam Thai Cuisine. They serve traditional Thai dishes in a nice environment. My expectations was high since they claim Authentic Thai cuisine redefined to sophistication . No khao neeo I was looking for the classical Thai green papaya salad (som tam) and together with that I wanted Thai sticky rice (khao neeo). I asked if they had sticky rice and yes they had. But it turned out to be the sweet sticky rice version with coco nut milk (khao neeo mamuang) which you eat like a delicious dessert. But of course not suitable to the green papaya salad. Sorry to say, every Thai restaurant which doesn 't have sticky rice (khao neeo) is not considered in my humble opinion as authentic by me. Spiciness was only moderate So instead I ordered another classical dish, Thai basil chicken. (pad kra pao gai) I like it spicy so consequently I asked for spicy. I had to wait an unusual long time before I got my food. Other guests who came after me got their food before me. Yes and I asked for spicy, but the spiciness was only moderate. Otherwise the taste was ok but I was not really satisfied overall. The WiFi was good and the CR was clean, at least something to be happy for. Rating: 1-5 where 1 is terrible and 5 is excellent 3 Food 3 Service 4 Value 5 Atmosphere I was here in December 2016"

"Shaka is an Hawaiian themed restaurant in the hustle and bustle IT Park in Cebu. Tho, the ambiance and interiors was very Hawaiian but their menu was nothing but all sorts of filipino dishes and only offers limited options of Luau food. Still highly recommended as their food taste good."

"It was a hole in the wall kinda resort. You felt transported. In the middle of the city. I loved their food the most. Real italian style pizza and pasta. The building structure was beautiful, and the pool inviting. They are pet friendly! How cool is that. A great place to chill and have a break from the urban city without having to go so far."

"It's a nice place, but you feel like your wallet. this restaurant is overpriced for the quality of eating. the service was okay, no more. I ordered a small lobster, steamed rice and a koks, I paid 5000 pesos! overpriced! the lobster was not really well cooked and the sauce was simply disgusting. I left this place angry and hungry because it wasn't enough."

"The unlimited rice was a perfect combination to the all time favorite Filipino dishes like pochero, pancit, bangus and sisig to name a few. The food was served quickly. However, the service staff needs to be attentive more to the needs of the dining customers...since we have to call them several times.. Despite this, the place is clean and conducive to big groups like families. The price is also affordable"

"Drop by for lunch today and proceed to ordered Laing (Pinangat with coconut milk, p200) and Seafood Platter (p750). The Laing creamy and buttery texture would have pair nicely with hot steam rice but the rice has gotten cold from 25 minutes wait. Finally the Seafood Platter with full ensemble arrived; steamed okras and eggplants, perfectly seasoned shrimps, grilled stuffed squid soft enough to be enjoyed, but the overcooked garlic clamps have shriveled up and full of gritty sand, the staled and overcooked crabs appear to be reheated from frozen state were a big disappointment. It’s hard pressed to convince us to come back again given less than stellar dining experience."
