"A favorite restaurant in the Park Royal resort! In addition to fabulous service, this restaurant offers a varied menu of dishes with a Mexican flair. Having said this, do have the coconut grouper!My wife Gloria and I go to this restaurant often when we stay at the Park Royal resort and know to make a reservation as soon as we arrive at the resort, and always make sure that that there will coconut grouper available! (They laugh at us as they know we will always ask this question when we arrive.)One of the reasons why Gloria and I vacation on Cozumel, several times a year, is because of the friendliness of the Mexican people. They truely appreciate your visit and want you to come back. The staff at the Mexican restaurant are no exceptions. You are greeted with smiles and are made to feel welcome!We have been coming to Cozumel and staying at the Park Royal for at least 8 years, and probably eat at the Mexican restaurant at least 4 times a trip. We have had at least 30+ meals here and have enjoyed every meal immensely. I give this restaurant my highest recommendation. Oh yes, have the coconut grouper and tell them that "Jorge from New York" sent you."
