"It 's the last place open in town. Thank goodness Gerry 's Gelati stays open later than any other place in Radium Hot Springs. I rolled into town from the west on a Saturday night thinking I could get some food because it was before 10 p.m., but stupid me I didn 't realize the time zone had change somewhere back in the Kootenays. All the restaurants I wanted to try were closed, so I stomped down to the local liquor store to buy a bottle of beer to wash down my left over lunch sandwich with. Then I noticed a girl behind the counter at Gerry 's, at the ungodly (for this burg, at least) hour of 10:30 p.m. At least I could score some sweets with my beer. And the gelato was OK. The tiramisu scoop was a bit airy in texture, and not intensely flavoured. The cappucino scoop was had a POW! of coffee taste, though, with just a little bitter edge to it to bring out the espresso vibe on my tongue. It was one of the more intense tasting coffee ice creams I 've had, and I 've eaten plenty. Good onya for taste and timing, Gerry.<br/ <br/ P.S. If you 've got kids, Gerry 's also has an elaborate miniature golf course attached to it. Make 'em eat the ice cream after golfing, though, so the little buggers don 't get the club handles all sticky."

"This is your hole in the wall, go to coffee place. Small and funky. But I find sitting down for eats not much fun. Full of locals that are really really loud. I would recommend take out. I love the egg salad on croissant. That will keep me coming back!"

"Big portions. Authentic Indian Cuisine. If you are thinking of going medium for the spiciness level go for the 'spicy ' it 's well worth it. Our group had a big appetite after riding at Panorama bike park and spice hut was able to satisfy our cravings. Order extra nan bread or rice if you order the butter chicken. As I mentioned earlier they have big portions. Excellent service as well."

"THE BEST ice cream I have had in my life! And very close to the base taste and texture of homemade ice cream. I ordered coconut that had real crumbles of toasted coconut, rich creamy flavor that did not taste artificial, and caramel candy apple that tasted like a creamy green apple Jolly rancher. Very interesting flavors and unique names. My daughter got rootbeer float and shark attack (grape flavor) which I tried and they were also awesome. We had spent a hot day at Fairmont springs and I googled ice cream shop close to me. This happened to be the closest place en route to Banff, but we totally lucked out in discovering this place and the Foothills Creamery brand of ice cream."
