"I love this cafe, have supported it regularly since it opened, stock a variety of sandwiches tosties as well as a large selection of cakes and other sweet treats. Fran Louise are amazing, always full of smiles and so welcoming. You really couldn't ask for better staff. Fran did an amazing job of holding it together when handling a difficult customer the other day who was verbally abusive towards her before leaving. (So sorry that she had to deal with that, no one should speak to you that way! But I do just wish some of that cabinet full of beautiful looking sweet treats, were suitable for Vegans, as I always have to miss out when friends have cakes. I even have to take my own butter when I go in, as despite stocking vegan friendly crumpets, they only have real butter sachets and no plant base/margarine. Which means I can’t just pop in on a whim if I bump in to a pal on the school run, as I’m unable to buy anything for my littlest with Egg/Dairy allergy unless I go in prepared. Offering some smaller child size portions of milkshakes would be good too, as they are no longer allowed to offer the off menu smaller portions that they use to offer at this branch when 1st opening and the sizes currently on the menu are huge and really not a healthy size to provide to children. (With my other child having allergies unfortunately sharing just isn’t an option for us Otherwise, you can’t beat it and 100% worth a vist! X"
