"Nice little place. Rainbow cookies are pretty decent. But... The cannoli? Awful. Might be the worst I've ever had. Maybe the fact that I'm Italian, from NYC and lived in Italy at one point is the problem with these cannoli. I appreciated the traditionaltouch of the crushed pistachios on the end. Very nice touch. The fact that they fill the shells at the time of purchase isanother good sign. Unfortunately, by day two in the refrigerator, the shell disintegrated into mush. The ricotta overpowered bybitter taste of the shell (I think it was toffee). The shell should be plain with MAYBE some sprinkle of powdered sugar. Thericotta should be the star of this pastry. I spooned out the center of the cannoli, the part that wasn't touching the shell.Very underwhelming. Hardly any flavor at all. Not sure if this is a new bakery, and I hate to bash a local business, which I'mnot, but if you're going to put cannoli in the name of your business you'll need to step up your game. It was virtuallyunpalatable. If that was the first cannoli I had ever had, I wouldn't ever try a second one. I realize getting Italian pastriesin the west is always a challenge. There is a place in Phoenix AZ that is a local business who makes the perfect cannoli. Itmight be worth the trip for the owner to test one out. I will go back in a couple of months and see if they have improved theircannoli game but for now, non buono."

"As a Filipino, I can testify confidently that this family owned establishment is the real deal. The flavor instantly brought me back to my family kitchen when I was young. The Pork Bistek was savory and just the right amount of tender. The Chicken Adobo was amazing and the smell as soon as you open the container immediately made our mouths water and absolutely did not disappoint. The owners were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. And lastly the Ube Flan desert was the perfect way to end the meal. There aren't many choices for Filipino cuisine in Oregon but this thankfully checked all the boxes. Do yourself a favor and check it out when you're in Salem. No regrets.Ps. Get some lumpia. You'll fall in love."

"Went there to have dinner after a funeral with a good sized group and was put in three tables pushed together and nicely asked if we could move somewhere and they went and came back and basically told us it’s too inconvenient for them to get another table and waitress to cover us. We said it was okay and moved on with the meal. The food was mostly trash and we just wanted the night to be over but the owner kept badgering us and saying it was her and her husbands like it was going to make her being rude and the food being trash better. We just wanted to pay and leave as we were all upset because we just came from a funeral and she starts badgering us saying she doesn’t know if we just had a bad day like they could do no wrong. Overall waitress was nice, food sucked, owners are trash humans that can’t admit they did something wrong and just bothered people that had a long day and told us to leave after we asked to just be left alone. So if you support people like this feel free because we won’t be back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"
