"Good enough for a medium restaurant. It didn't take as long as I thought to bring out the food. I am not planning to come back though since Chinese seafood isn't really my thing. To speak frankly, I am amazed that this place provide rare delicacy like black ink squid which by far the most delicious seafood ever. I guess it's appreciable."

"Pallubasa is a traditional dish of Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Just like Coto Makassar, it is made from slaughter of cattle or buffalo. The cooking process is similar to Coto Makassar; the interiors are cooked for a long time. After cooking, the dish is added to meat, then cut and served in a bowl. What distinguishes Pallubasa from Coto Makassar is its spices that are specially formulated. Pallubasa soup tastes creamy and rich due to the addition of salted grated coconut. Coto Makassar is eaten with ketupat, while Pallubasa is eaten with a plate of rice. Pallubasa Serigala in general is a must in Makassar, the place was spacious and always crowded with customers. My favorite was the grated coconut that we can add to the Pallubas what we want. Mantap!"
