"There was food on the table and dried spilt juice on the table (so god knows how long it had been there if it had time to dry). We had to get someone to clean it for us; trying to get the juice off by the member of staff was proving to be stubborn task. Most of the stores in Clarks Village weren’t open at this point, we only came in because Costa wasn’t open yet. Yes there were people in there, but not many. It was about 10:30 on a Sunday. When walked in there was no one in the queue, so it’s not as if they were busy serving customers, so they had plenty of time to whip around and clean the tables With some disinfectant. To make matters worse, I don’t recall witnessing the staff cleaning the other tables at all whilst we were in there having our breakfast. But it’s ok, they had COVID QR code to scan so you can check in... I contacted customer services, and they said they would contact the manager, whom I’m sure that was the person we asked to clean our table. But they do hope I feel comfortable visiting them again... ummmm let me think about this... no I do not and no I shan’t be visiting anytime in the near future."

"On a hot bank holiday weekend, we found respite here with some of the best ice cream we’ve had! The Victoria sponge and the salted caramel are two of the best flavours available! Both of them are top notch! This is a great break during road trips for people with children as there’s obviously ice cream, but also plenty of tables and toys/activities for children. I can’t recommend this place enough!"

"Loved the interior decor! Really felt like I was in the Caribbean, lots of nice little decorative touches. Cakes looked great but I was too full after main! Chutney was nice, but couldn't really taste Caribbean flavours? It was a hot day so didn't order a hot meal, definitely would if I went back!"
