"Conquered by the menu specially designed by the chef, the choice took quite logically on the restaurant of the imperator to celebrate our first Valentine's Day.Arrived, very late:-) in this superb and romantic glass overlooking the gardens after crossing the large hall with a delightfully overannounced charm (elevator of the time), we were taken care of by attentive staff but sometimes hesed. Once tasted a very good champagne accompanied by pleasant mouths, our meal began with a half-cuit foie gras sublimated by a griot jelly. chased by melting scallops (servies on a succulent poultry broth to chestnut) then by a tender calfnet with perfectly mastered cooking for both, the feast ended with a chocolate-framboise duo to share (Saint-Valentin oblige !), perhaps slightly in withdrawal of the overall quality. In summary, a festive meal with refined flavours at the height of the sumptuous setting in which it was served."

"We came to dinner on Saturday night at the Madarin and we enjoyed it! A delicious Boeuf There Lôp and a delicious coconut cream! The service is super nice and attentive! We'll come back for sure!"

"We had dinner in this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The owner welcomed us warmly and was helpful in selecting the wine. The dishes we selected were all excellent the brandade first i.e. codfish tasty, well-cooked and quite original. The desert was...excellent profiterolles . It is a bit pricey but definitely worth it in my opinion. I can strongly recommend this place."

"Very good address to recommend, 13€ dessert flat. the dish was excellent and beautifully presented what did not spoil anything. very seasoned, original and with taste! the dessert was perfect visually and gustatively. We'll be back on it.For the beautiful days there is a terrace, the room is as well decorated."
