"I took 5 children as a holiday contract, we felt served by employees with sauces etc. from our beautiful server lady at the table to make a fun experience. the children were thrilled. many types of ice cream and wonderful waffles, so much more than an ice salon! would definitely recommend."

"Time of Visit: 26/3 between 9-10am, Tuesday The cafe is quite busy, but still enough seats to welcome customers. Good point about this Costa: 1. Staff are lovely and friendly (dropped my bank card right before I left and they immediate gave it back to me after I went into the loo and was about to leave the shop 2. 25p off my hot drink (I ordered Medium Chai Tea Latte with Soya Milk from bringing my own cup; I wasn’t charged extra for Soya Milk : 3. Ambience and the decor— pleasing and soothing: great place to meet up or work! 4. There are a few power sockets on a few corners of the cafe— perfect for a quick charge! 5. The toilets require a code to access, and the code is changed frequently (limits public access but hence maintain a good standard of cleanliness, no foul smell of drains which is a plus Tip for visitors: Phone Signal in the cafe is pretty appalling— if you need to connect to the Shop WiFi, try to connect it outdoors before going into the shop (you will need to receive a code through a text to access The Cloud, and without signal, you can’t receive the text and use the WiFi If you are hoping to receive or make phone calls while you are in the cafe, best connect to WiFi too to make WiFi calls : Overall— I really enjoyed my visit as I was able to work without getting disrupted : Highly recommend!"

"The food served don’t deserve 2 Michelin stars, I was so excited to be dining here for lunch. After dining at many one star restaurants my imagination was going wild at what we’d be served. The hors d’ oeuvres were underwhelming, one was a jelly sweet smothered in sugar! The bread was cold and was not fresh at all. The fish course was served on some sort of crust, this tasted stale. The fish itself did not of the texture of fish and was tasteless. As the dishes were brought out the more disappointed we became. Not one dish had a flavour explosion or brought any happiness. Not one dish seemed complete and everyone lacked something. As for the candy floss dessert, i tried, it failed not worth the calories. We paid the £440 bill for 2 and left speechless and hungry. Giving this restaurant 2 Michelin stars is a license to print money. If you’d like a Michelin experience half the price try Adams, Upstairs or even Simpsons in the midlands."

"I've can't remember tasting such delicious, fresh and wonderfully spiced food. As another review on here says, I honestly can't wait to go back. The service is friendly and relaxed, we stayed chatting for a while after finishing our meal and were not hurried out. I went with 2 friends and we all ordered a vegetarian curry although we are not all vegetarian. We chose a coconut flavoured curry, coconut rice, pilau rice, tomato and black bean curry, and an aubergine based curry. I wanted to know the ingredients and made a note of the Indian names of the curries although not listing here. We all commented on the exceptional quality."
