"We got breakfast here on out last day before we headed to the airport. The owner was kind enough to take our order the day before and had our food hot and ready right at 9! The food was absolutely incredible!! I got the breakfast burrito and it was so flavorful and delicious! We are so excited to return our next visit!"

"We went to dinner and gave a lunch menu. Ask for mixdrink and had only beer and wine. So we apologized and went to another restaurant. last time we were here in 2021 it was excellent."

"I mean crazy, obnoxily huge. I ordered a rainbow cup and had at least 5 pots of sorbet. I don't want to be a party pot, but it seemed wasting mainly when ppl, the ice cream ordered, throw away pots that some poor dairy cows suffered to produce magically. You should warn people about supergluing. They had orange, lemon watermelon sorbet. Very refreshing on a hot day. My favorite was her cocoa-orange taste. That was gourmet. However, I was disappointed that none of the Sorbets were not airy or vegan marked. Aldo, with so many amazing rice, coconut soy ice cream now available days it seems ridiculous they do not offer at least a taste of non-dairy ice cream."

"Ate here twice while staying at the Sanibel Inn. Very handy. Food was good with nice sized portions. Personally, I liked the coconut rice as a side dish. I would like to especially point out the helpfulness of Sarah, who waited on me both meals. Very friendly and she remembered that I enjoyed the rice. In addition, as I am a person wi a mobility disability, she was helpful with the doors and seating. As a person with a disability who travels a bit, this sincere kindness was greatly appreciated. Thank you, Sarah!. I hope to return to the Sanibel Inn for future stays and will certainly eat at the Sea. Star Cafe when I do."

"I wish i was joking...my boyfriend is extremely allergic to cashews and we both got the same smoothie but he asked for no cashews in his. when the woman brought us our smoothies she handed one to him and said, “ok, this is the one without cashews,” and obviously we trusted her. he took one sip, realized there were in fact cashews in it, and had a bad allergic reaction. he was throwing up when we got home and almost had to go to the hospital but thankfully he was ok. i wish i could give this place zero stars. in addition to all this madness with the smoothies, i got thai spring rolls and they were just ok- maybe a 6.5/10 i was so sad that this place screwed up my boyfriend’s smoothie because other than that it was adorable and had many delicious sounding meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. i was incredibly excited to find a vegan restaurant on this tiny island so i’m disappointed with how they handled my boyfriend’s allergy."
