"The customer service at this location has really gone down. It takes me over 25 minutes to get my drink, incorrectly made and be prepared to be skipped in line. It has happened more than once that I get skipped in the ordering line, and I show up to the window and no one took my order, and still asked for a tip. I think it takes so long to get orders out because everyone is fooling around in the shop. I have been a customer at this location for more than 4 years and lately I have been going to the new dutch bros on Hopper because it is much more smoother over there and the flow is nice and the workers are much friendlier. This location at Mendocino needs some training or management intervention. Its worth it to drive to the Hopper dutch bros."

"GREAT location close to Coddingtown it's honestly a bit tricky to get to (look at the map), but the location itself is fantastic. Good egg rolls, good hot pot, good soup, wonderful service. I forget the name of our server, but she was very helpful and kind. The boba was good too.Solid chance we'll be back to try other options."

"Sat outside. Waited for 50 minutes for our food. Never was asked if we wanted any more drinks. People that were sat 30 minutes after us got their food first. Really felt like we were totally forgotten and no apology other that the kitchen is backed up. Food was hot when finally delivered and good flavor..... Worth the price? Eh.... Feel like we can do better at home. Hopefully just an odd day so we will visit and try again."

"Oh yes. Some of the tastiest frittatas and pastries, including the gluten free ones. They have the right mix of flours and ingredients to make it taste excellent. Really like the gluten free scones and blueberry bar, although they may not be for everyone"

"This place is fantastic!! The owner Greg went above and beyond with a birthday delivery breakfast surprise for us. We had breakfast burrito with bacon and added avocado. The ingredients were so fresh and grown locally. Also had some of the best biscuits and sausage gravy ever!! We tried several scones. AMAZING. He told us the farm where the blackberries came from that were in the scones. We got banana nut and blueberry muffins as well. Everything was fresh and yummy!!! We actually went back 2 days later for more!! What a great place highly recommended!! Greg is a top notch class act!!!"
