"We had lunch with friends and all enjoyed our meals. The layout is great with open kitchen at one end, outdoor tables and friendly staff. The menu is written up on the wall fronting the kitchen and offers good variety. Great atmosphere and food experience."

"Wanted to try somewhere in Surry and saw this was rated quite well. Went up on a Wednesday after work, it was pretty empty and service was good. The waitress explained everything and was really nice. Got a comp watermelon with coconut dish, was different. Got the Coconut Fried Prawn Bammie ($7), Pork San Choy Bow and Jerk Pork Ribs ($45). The Coconut Fried Prawn was great - especially paired with the hot sauce (they make their own), it was really good. The Pork Bow was ok, but would have preferred another Prawn Bammie instead. The Ribs were really good, nice flavour and the chips were yum. Overall really good meal and the Jerk Pork is more than enough for two people without ordering anything else. Enjoyed the whole atmosphere and everything, drinks were pretty good too."

"Had an anniversary dinner here. We mentioned it in the booking and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Even with the place busy, they sat us next to each other. That level of attention is very appreciated. The food was equally amazing! Very flavourful and nicely presented. We choose the banquet which was totally worth it. We couldn’t decide which dish was best. We will be going back to sample more of the menu. We didn’t even think of taking any photos beyond the first starter. That’s how good of a time we were having. Highly recommend to book in advance as it’s a very popular place."

"I used to live just around the corner and I loooovvveee this place. I saw it from the first day they opened. Recommended dishes are:<br>
1. Crab fried rice - MUST MUST MUST try.. so good, they added tomato just at the end to add just enough moisture to the rice. I've travelled a lot and this crab fried rice is UP there!<br>
2. Market fish, fried with salad on top - don't know the exact name but this was a GOOD dish. The waiter will tell you what kind of fish they have on the day ... but it doesn't really matter.... I've had several types they were all good ... fresh, not fishy at all<br>
3. The vermicelli salad with spring roll and bbq pork. Again, can't fault this dish.... so so GOOD. If you're looking for a fresh meal... this is it! The dressing was good, not oily, not too salty, not too sweet. The salad was fresh..<br>

"Super quick and staff were friendly. Cozy little place 5 mins walk from Sydney central station. Decor was warm and inviting. Good Thai food with a modern twist. Our favourite was the pad see ew, not overly sweet like most Thai restaurant."

"Modern Asian menu with a great selection of mains and desserts. After hearing about this place through friends, it was time to try it. I'm glad the food met my expectations and more. There's room for improvement to the fitout and atmosphere though... and the waitresses took their time to take the ordere. Overall, i tried the Ogre Happy meal and found it very inventive. Definitely worth a visit."
