"If I could give a zero star rating I would. Usually we?re major fans of the plethora of food Cheesecake Factory offers, but this one night was maybe the worst dining experience I?ve had in my life. My waitress was aloof, not only botched our ordersand didn?t come to our table for 20 minutes after being seated. When she finally came back to us she didn?t apologize but ratherblamed the kitchen. This was a random Wednesday night at 7 pm. They were not packed or overwhelmed from what we could see. Ourfood decided to come out all at once, appetizers and entrees mostly cold and felt like it was just sitting under a heat lampforgotten. They didn?t include all the ingredients in our meals and we requested to speak with the manager. The manager Ryan,was abrasive, stand offish and did not want to accommodate for our terrible experience. After a 15 minute conversation hefinally tried to make amends but it wasn?t until we mentioned our cousin works at the Cheesecake Factory and we?ve been therenumerous times without issue. Sad to say it was a terrible experience I?m hopeful this was an anomaly"

"Their mixed nudel bowl and runway mi are incredible, but the best is their vegan pho! they only offer on freedays pho. in any case the best pho I try, highly recommended. they can say they spend hours with it. the owner said that she used vegetables and fruits (apfel and pear) for her insisted. she is very friendly and always wants to meet her customers and chat. can't wait for the next Friday! updated by previous review on 2021-11-03"

"I lived in Buffalo in college and recently moved back to Syracuse. While I tried to find a restaurant there to scratch the itch that had era, but could not. Since I've been home, I've eaten here many times and her food is so consistent as if I was in high school almost a decade ago. Also I love all people who work there, they are super nice and excellent in customer service!"

"Second time coming here and I love it! The food is fresh and it is all super delicious. It's easy to order and CoreLife is very accommodating to people with allergies, food restrictions, etc. A bit on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for. I'd say the fountain drink selection is trying to hard to be trendy... I highly recommend this place because it seems healthy enough."

"This was by far the best food I've had in a long time. It was a great experience from start to finish. I ordered the Lobster Manicotti and omg it was amazing. My boyfriend ordered the short rib pasta. The short rib melts in your mouth. Food was flavorful, hot, and well plated. It was all great. Would go back anytime and I highly recommend it to anyone in the Syracuse area. The only bad thing it was a little loud but the food makes up for anything."
