"Relieved to know that there's a place in Townsville that serves a solid Malaysian meal. The rendang beef was tender and delicious. The curry puffs were flaky and flavourful. And couldn't go past the Ipoh Hor Fun which had that great wok hei flavour. Finished the night with a superb deep fried ice-cream. Will definitely be back!"

"The 4 container we ordered were tiny and barely enough to feed our family of 4 but cost $75. the food was also very common, not even tasted good for the amount we paid. will never be ordered from there again. the lady on the phone was also very rude."

"We moved to Townsville six months ago and hadn't found a decent Thai restaurant until we tried Tuk Tuk last week. We had driven past many times, but don't let the appearance fool you. We've been twice now and the food has been amazing. My wife said last night's Pad Thai was the best she's ever had. It has a great menu and they also have Yum Cha dishes at night that I am slowly working my way through - Yay! The presentation of each dish is excellent with vibrant colours and the servings are generous. We'll be back again soon."

"I love some goat and I love some spice and this pie promised to deliver given it won a gold medal at some pie contest in Sydney. It was nice pastry although average top and bottom with limited flake action, bottom was a little hard...and brittle. I like goat and spice so I thought this was a little reserved for the local market who may not be accustomed to either. Gravy was super thick and viscous with a high thixotropic index. A good pie for those venturing further than a pie in a bag."

"Huge portions! Great prices! Great. Very accommodating for nutritional requirements and had numerous vegan options on the menu, although they are not vegan marked. My sister and I shared the Sweet Sour Stir Fry with tofu and vegetables, Coconut Rice and Roti with peanut sauce. Unfortunately, the Vegetable Spring Rolls were brushed with egg and could not be veganized. Can not emphasize enough how delicious the food was, highly recommended!!"

"The food is good if you want to have an asian dish. But it is not real authentic thai food... The tofu satay and the noodle soup is very good! As a dessert try the coconut rice it is delicious. You get a big portion and it is sweet!"
