"My significant other and I decided to stop by as a last minute snack. It reminded us of our famous fish markets in Seattle in that it was a small business, hipster vibes, and inside of a farmer’s market. It has the potential to be a great tourist trap, but the small community it was nestled in and the customers it served felt very intimate. There was no wait to order and our food was prepared fairly quickly.The service was also warm, communicative, and personable. They ran out of rice for our order and made it a point to remember our faces and find us in the cafeteria and provide us with alternative solutions.We wanted to order the tacos but we had just picked up lunch not too long ago. Instead we ordered the salmon temaki. The salmon was so buttery and fresh. I truly wish I was hungrier because I would have ordered multiple.I plan to visit Denver again and will for sure be returning!"
