"A wonderful location! We ordered the Chicken Picatta and found out that they were the recipe IMPROVED. They now use fresh chicken and bread in the house. Moist, delicious, only heavenly! And Alex took care of my family and paid special attention to the children. 10!"

"My rating is largely based on the service because the eating was decent. it was very overpriced and took too long to prepare. stephanie is a literary jewel of a person and I loved every interaction we had. sassy on the right wise, talk and always had some fun to say and never let us leave too long without any form of refilling or checking how our experience went. stephanie has proven to be welcoming. I literally can't say much more, I've overtaken and would do it again to be honest when I'm back. wings were decent, but tiny for the price, I knew what to get myself, but my good, those were baby size. the pasta was well done, but did not really hit me as something that could not be bought from a warehouse shelf. thanks again stephanie. they are a phenomenal man and I hope they can read this because I worship their work ethic and personality."

"Ashley was our server, she was incredibly personable and kind, 5 stars for her alone! My husband and daughter both enjoyed their meals and the potato soup was fantastic however my chicken dish wasn't fully cooked, wouldn't have been a huge deal however with my pregnancy I struggle with food already and wasn't interested in other options, Ashley instantly handled this promptly and respectfully and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Mistakes can happen in any kitchen but quality of staff like her is incredibly rare. I hope management commends her for her respect and compassion."

"They had a different menu. I Had A side salad delicious., Also The spaghetti and meat sauce tasted different , and large portion and tasted great. Only service was slow, but they were busy. Will go back again food was delicious."

"We frequent this Bertucci 's often and have not had this experience in the past, but it makes us wary of returning there (Chateau just opened nearby). Our waitress was brand new and did a good job in visiting our table often, if for no other reason than apologizing for the delay in getting us our meal. 45 minutes after ordering, she informed us that 'the kitchen lost our ticket ' and the food was being prepared now. Our order arrived shortly after and she relayed the kitchen 's apology for the delay. We think we will stick to ordering out at Bertucci 's as we have always had good service with that."
