"I thought we'd get a souvlaki to see if better than other items on the menu. We asked for delivery the order was 2 x souvlaki no salad, extra meat cheese (it was not extra!! 1 x 1.25 Coke Now what a shock when it arrived, including the delivery of the riders was rude before I could find out why we were charged $40 instead of quoted almost $27. Called Business received a call back the delivery fee was $10. That was the most expensive deduction for what we ordered. Definitely the last time."

"I wasn’t impressed by a visit to Bills last night. Mostly the issue was the unprofessional attitude of the staff. Our waitress seemed fine at first- polite and reasonably friendly. However as the evening went on, it was clear that she could use a little more training; just small things like she came to give us cutlery and just placed it randomly on the table rather than by a person. It was fine, we sorted it out ourselves. Later in the evening my friend asked for a little bit more yoghurt as her curry was quite spicy. The waitress looked utterly confused. We explained again and she went and got some. The most unprofessional though was the server who brought our meals. A young girl and boy arrived with our food. The girl was laughing hysterically and apologizing, “Sorry,” as she handed us our food. We had no idea what was going on. It almost implied there was something wrong with the food. She was laughing so much that she was spraying spit all over the food too. We took our plates but felt a bit confused about why she was laughing so hysterically. Later in the evening, the same member of staff ended up sat on a table opposite us eating a meal herself. I didn’t think this was very professional either- for two servers to be sat in the restaurant itself eating during a break. At the end of the meal we were given the bill. Insulted by the optional 12.5% service charge being automatically added on and assumed we decided we would opt to pay 10% instead. Personally I wouldn’t have paid any but my friends didn’t feel that was fair. We paid and then the amount was queried so I clarified that we were opting not to pay 12.5%. They looked confused and left us feeling a bit embarrassed, although I feel it was perfectly justified (service should be added on for when you receive good service- not assumed for any slap dash service given)."

"Food was overpriced and not all that good. We started with guac and queso... both were so-so. One of the people in our party ordered a salad and got a piece of romaine on a plate with some dressing. One ordered fajitas and sent them back. The fish was overcooked and the sauce was extremely salty.. not at all palatable. Overall, extremely overpriced. Service was also not good. Disappointing."
