"General The La Dolce Vita had been on the screen for longer. Often, when we went by, my wife told me that you like the situation, you sit nice and we could come back. Yesterday it was finally ready. We had an appointment in Aschaffenburg in the afternoon and wanted to eat a little bit before. Since the restaurant was on our way from the car park to the appointment, it offered to return there. I've already inspected the website in advance. Unfortunately, this has not been updated since 2009. But the opening hours still vote today. Even the lunch buffet offered from Monday to Friday from 12 am to 3 pm (different pasta dishes and 1 meat dish at 6,90 € is still offered. The location is in the foothills right at the junction with Heinsestraße and the Bodelschwingstraße. Opposite the newly opened Locanda. I would call the streets calm. Parking can be done if you are lucky, on a few parking spaces in the vicinity with parking tickets. But it is better and quieter if you turn off your vehicle in one of the many park houses located in the vicinity. On a nice warm day like yesterday, you can sit out. Six 2 tables directly in front of the cafe restaurant, then the walkway and on the street, shielded with large planting bowls once more distributed eight 4 tables over the length of the location, invite you to see and see, of course also for consumption. Among the large parasols you can easily hold a rain shower. The cars only pass by one at a pace and therefore do not interfere at all. We took a free 4 tables on our own shortly after 2:00. After the young blonde, slender operation, as such recognizable at her diocese over a tight jeans with white top, with which a different table was finished, she came directly to us at the table, greeted us kindly and gave us the menus in the hand. On occasion we ordered a mineral water (San Pellegrino 0.25 l, 2.30 € and a Cola light (0.2 l, 2.10 €). After a short time, the nice cold drinks were served. The mineral water bottle was opened at the table and delivered halfway into the glass. The Cola light had already been delivered completely in a 0.2-l-Coca-Cola glass. At the food serpents, she was immediately asked if she was to bring some parmesan or the pepper mill. We decided to pick up the pepper mill, and she got in her hand with huge things and ground the decisive touch on our food. She was always attentive and visibly striving for our and the other guests well-being. It was a matter of course that it was asked whether it tastes or whether we would have more wishes. And a small note from me on the meat quality at my court, she promised to pass on to the kitchen immediately. However, there was no feedback. Four stars of me are sure. The menu includes standard dishes, weekly dishes with a focus on pasta, but also steaks, fish etc. The buffet mentioned above has been left out and à la carte. My wife chose Tagliatelle Spinaci for 7,80 € from the weekly ticket. In a pasta cellar the noodles were visually beautifully dressed. The Tagliatelle still al dente, with spinach, mozzarella, tomatoes and a light cream sauce, as she said, very tasty dish. And the use of the pepper mill gave the right peep. The whole ensemble was also adequately saturating and also pleasantly hot enough. Therefore also 4 stars of her. The Gnocchi Dolce Vita (11,80 €) ordered me somehow left me in the split. There was nothing to complain about the gnocchi. Good bite, not too soft and not too hard, so exactly right. The tomato-chili sauce with red peppercorns and the darkly sweated onions as well as the parmesan pears were a great pleasure together with the pepper ground from the mill. Only the cattle peaks couldn't keep it right. I thought the little pieces of meat were more like beef goulash. They were partly too solid and partly also too dark and slightly burned. In any case, they were fried. I'd rather have expected some bigger pieces and at least slightly pink. In any case, the whole thing was good, but because of the pieces of meat, I am inclined to forgive only one Okay, i.e. 3 stars. The final espresso for € 1.90 was one of the best we got in recent times. Thick white espresso saucer, just the right amount in it with great aroma, super hot and great taste, also a glass of water. And then he enlivened me from 3.5 to 4 stars for dinner. The ambience I cannot say anything about the ambience inside, because I did not enter the restaurant. We liked it outside, though. The tables are large enough for 4 people, with metal foot and wooden top, above it a red and white carded fabric table top. Comfortable plastic chairs in rattan look, which are also provided with armrests, on the seat surface a small pillow. There it can be stopped, especially since enough umbrellas can donate shade and also hold a rain casting. On the tables a ashtray and a sugar spreader for the coffee drinkers. The cutlery is placed on the table together with the paper napkins on a plate after ordering. Okay, hold on, but not more. The real ambience here is the location and the surroundings. Cleanliness Nothing that might seem unpleasant. Also the ash cup standing on the table was clean. I conclude that after use he is always emptied and cleaned. So, okay. Conclusion: Pleasant stay, you can eat or just drink coffee, cakes and cakes are also available. We liked it. Renewal factor is in all cases."

"Terrible we have made several orders they have brought us past noodles pizza although we had not ordered pizza we had called them several times to say that they did what wrong but they were totally rude and said that they would not want to deliver it because of 2 noodles. The orders that were there were among other things the pommes and the cream carvings were tasteless and have tasted like chewing gum, the one noodles that came from (3) warn unhurried. At the end of the day, I and another colleague just wanted our noodles who missed them on the phone they didn't discuss anymore and just set up. I would never order a terrible ambience!"

"30. The Aschaffenburg city festival, which has always been held on the last weekend of August, took place for the weekend. The complete pedestrian zone as well as some blocked roads, the castle courtyard and the mainland below the castle are then a single party mile for 2 days. Culinary delights from all over the world as well as live music at different places are offered in abundance on Saturday and Sunday. Usually we go through the alleys first, look at the respective alternatives in punkto food and drink and then decide for one of these thousand times. On yesterday's Sunday, unfortunately, it was different. After a dazzling stomach we decided not to blow long after arrival, but to eat something immediately. We were looking for the stand before the jasmine in the Rossmarkt, as we had the pleasure of eating duck with peanut sauce and who had often consumed it to our fullest satisfaction. In hot weather there was a high-level operation in the alleys, and my wife went directly from Jasmin to a free bank on a beer table in the shadow. It was my duty now to take over the task of a waiter, because yesterday self-service was announced. I didn't have to look at the table of the offers. twice roasted duck on vegetables with rice and peanut sauce. 8, euro per serving were recommended. In addition, a bottle of Cola Light (0,33 l to 2,50 €, pay, carry the best corner and napkins quickly to the place and get the food back to the table. It was not as visual as we know from previous visits. And the food also had its weaknesses. They were certainly only with the duck. Probably kept warm for too long, fresh pieces and already a little darker fried, but meanwhile tasty pieces gave their hand. Also the peanut sauce was not distributed as usual in an extra dish, but over the duck meat on the vegetables. My better half was lucky. From the point of view, it didn't look different on her plate than with me, but she had the much better duck quality on her plate. We both had too little sauce. We agreed that I went by with our two plates and wanted to have a supplement from the peanut sauce on each plate. On the occasion I had only some rice, vegetables and the part of the duck not to be eaten on the plate. Thank God I am not one of the shy varieties and so I showed the girl on the food edition my plate with the inedible and polite requires a supplement with freshly roasted duck breast. She looked at the gentleman standing next to her, maybe the boss. This nodded immediately and so I got at least once more exactly as much as I was gone, freshly roasted duck breast placed on it. The North Sea branch is located here on the ground floor since the foundation of the City Gallery. With approximately 80 to 100 seats not exactly small. And they seem to have the right employees. Always welcome at the bar, ordering, accepting freshly prepared foods, press its tray further on the payment process, where drinks are also requested and fulfilled. While the woman has a free table, it's up to me to take care of the food and drinks. Today we chose the Alaska sea salmon fillet from the grill with roast potatoes, which is currently available in the special price for € 5, plus a large Cola light (0.4 l for € 1.50). Fresh from the grill, nice hot and also the roast potatoes were fine. In a porcelain pot there is still the Remoule sauce, which is probably a finished product. Everything together nothing special but good for fast hunger at any time. And at the price, I would like to point out that we have eaten stores in several North Sea branches in Germany, but nowhere was it almost as good with food, personnel and cleanliness as in the Aschaffenburger City Gallery. Here, too, care is taken that the tables are always clean and as soon as a guest leaves his dishes in place, it is immediately deleted by an employee. Conclusion: We will continue to eat fish for fast hunger in the North Sea, City Gallery. And when you look at the welcome of the guest, there are many of them, because this branch is always well visited. Total impression: 3 – when it comes back."
