"I nearly forgot how much I adore Artifact Coffee! It 's a casual, open/roomy spot to socialize with a friend or two during the day. When I housesit for a friend in Hampden, I especially love walking her dog over to Artifact to sit outside and enjoy a cold brew or meet up with others in the neighborhood.The staff is always very friendly and helpful if you don 't know what to order! I appreciate their honesty and insight and have never been steered wrong by them :)Outdoor seating is my favorite, but inside is pretty nice too! It 's a little dim and feels like you 're inside a cabin imo.Coffee is always pretty consistent here! It 's not my go-to for specialty coffee, but the atmosphere and food choices make Artifact a great spot to throw some variety in the week. They 're great neighbors and a fantastic part of the community!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options for drinks and food :)Kid-friendliness: Some kid friendly items, but this definitely is not a "kids place "Parking: Limited free parking lot and street parking, but in this neighborhood? you 're lucky to have that!Dietary restrictions: Notify barista/server of any dietary restrictions, as allergens are present in the kitchen."

"Ordered a ham and cheese with a side salad and a fountain soda. Soda was $3.49, yikes!After 20 minutes, my sandwich finally arrived. Was told, “still waiting on your side salad”.The bead tastes like it came straight out of the freezer and the ham and cheese are both flavorless.Every time the door opens there is a strong cold breeze throughout the dining room.It’s been over 30 minutes now, still no side salad.This store should just close."

"Ten sandwiches and a box coffee online to the birthday of the daughter the next morning ordered. it was said that the order at 8:45 a.m. would be ready for this morning and that we would receive a text if they were done. I came at 8:45 a.m. the next morning, and the guy behind the counter informed us that it would take 5 6 hours to complete our order. seriously, 5 hours? When I asked how we were able to place the order, he told us that the manager who usually deals online orders was from the city on Tuesday. we try to support local businesses, but we had to go to dunkin' donuts."

"I think the concept of this coffee shop that also has a modest record collection for sale is so cool, but I 'm not a record collector so I just checked out the cafe side, which is inspired enough to stand on its own without the bonus record shop. The vibe was chill with a little bit of an underground look but the people were very welcoming, and the food menu has interesting choices for vegans and vegetarians as well as meat eaters, and lots of items are gluten free. Full coffee and tea bar with nondairy milks, no decaf espresso though. I had the Baby 's On Fire panini, a brownie (vegan and gf) , and an iced chai latte. The panini was soo good! The pickled peppers with the seitan sausage patty and was such a good combination I love the savoury and spicy flavours with just a little bit of sweet. The sandwiches come with a bag of Miss Vickie 's chips in your choice of flavour, but I found my sandwich was plenty satiating on its own so I saved the chips for later. The brownie was cakey for my taste and a little dry, especially on the edge, but it kind of grew on me as I ate it because the dark chocolate and sea salt flavour was nice. I 've definitely had better vegan and gf brownies, though. Chai latte was good, nothing particularly notable but that 's fine. It was nice that they sprinkled cinnamon on top. Everything is very fairly priced. One small detail that would have improved the experience for me would be if they had house glasses/mugs and plates for customers eating in rather than packaging everything to go. Otherwise I 'm very enthusiastic about the place and would encourage anyone to check them out for a very cool and unique coffee shop experience."

"Been meaning to write this review for awhile, because I LOVE this place so much. I get their açaí bowls or smoothies at least once a week. Their bowls are crafted with great care. They taste fantastic and are beautiful to looks at. Their ingredients are always fresh. In the rare case they are out of an ingredient, they do well at communicating it to you and making accomodations.I will say the blenders are loud, as blenders are. Not a great place to stand in if you are sensitive to loud noise. Their order ahead option in their app is great for this reason! Also specials for members are good to take advantage of.I highly recommend Nekter. Their staff is friendly and great at what they do."
