"Updated 1/31/22 @4:15: came to the store, CLEAN AND ORGANISED. The topping area was clean! Staff were patient, friendly and fast. Take care of yourself. I ordered 4 foot lengths and a child's meal while she had a door bag order and 2 sides behind me. I'm really proud that they've done so much better! Thanks, guys. I'll be back! In 2021: We went in to get 4 feet long. As soon as I and my daughter came in, there was no one in her, but others started to go. It seemed like the two girls were upset while they made sandwiches. When they did the subs, they only throw the vegetables into the sandwiches. There were veggies mixed with other vegetables. It seemed like they didn't even want to be there. Customer service was very bad. Sandwiches were uncannyly wound. I went to pay with a $50 bill, she took it and then asked the other girl with a glittering mask (not food quality material) and she looked at me and didn't shake her head. There are no signs that they don't take 50. I didn't know what to do. Fortunately, 2 Latino men offered me a change for the 50. I should have just left, but I'm not. I'm never going to that again. These new generations have no respect, any morality and do not know how to provide genuine customer service."

"Missing avacado and missing black pepper on footlong. Sandwich was ice cold. They also forgot to include my chocolate milk. All these things were on the receipt. Also no napkins. The sandwich nor was the bag sealed in any way. Most other places have some sort of sticker seal. Management needs to check orders for accuracy before they go out the door."
