"Half elegant lounge like restaurant and half cheap neighborhood sushi bar. The combination does not work especially if you are looking for beautiful ambience and a fun night out. The service was uneven and was not well kept with appetizers and entrees at the same time. Why? And in the end, the food was not so good. Oysters were not possible. Sushi rolls didn't really work. The famous black rice was nothing special. Altogether only a disappointing experience."

"Ramen Nagi is my favorite ramen restaurant! I've been to this specific Ramen Nagi twice now and never disappointed! I know Ramen Nagi from living in the Bay Area and was so glad to see them open a branch in West LA. We went at off peak hours and only had about a 10 minute wait. Green King This was my first time getting the Green King actually! I usually default to the original but I felt like trying something new. I'm glad I did too! the pesto/basil flavor of the green king plus the cheese somehow worked really well in a ramen broth! I was surprised at how much I liked it. It almost resembled a pesto pasta but soupy and richer. I would recommend this for anyone willing to try a non traditional ramen. Fried Chicken If you get this make sure to squeeze the lemon over it! I honestly thought it tasted 2x better after adding some acidity. Otherwise, it was well cooked and I would totally get it again! Gyoza No photo of the gyoza because we ate it all up before I got a photo! oops! I really love how they were able to crispen the bottom layer of the gyoza while keeping the rest of the gyoza soft. What I wonder about is how they were able to get the lattice of crispy bits between the gyozas! Their dipping sauce is also very interesting kind of sweet but it works well!"

"Had Zaru soba and my friend had a combo, pork….mostly fat . “Ma Ma desita. The soba was bland, small portion, “mo oshikunakata desu.” Don’t recommend this place. Maybe the Japanese sweets are better ?"

"Great place. No private booths in the sitting area i was eating. Felt like everything you do your being watched while you having something to eat. Apart from this. The food is absolutely amazing and perfect place to learn about Japanese taste in food and high grade quality hospitality, foods, and drinks. Simply a 5.0 for price as well. Well worth my money. Try this place. It wasn't over crowed. It felt just right. Service was on point. Thank you for your business and time.Parking: Too easy to find parking and walk a quarter of a block crossing the street using the cross walk button and vuala!!"

"The MOA hotel is a bit run down, not very fancy, but the food speaks for itself. The staff was great and one thing that really stood out was their general knowledge of the menu. The service was quick and attentive. Pasta was cooked perfectly; The sauce was better than expected and the salad was fresh with a mixed selection of vegetables ... I would go back!
