"A few months ago I went to the bel air kfc Drive-Thru. I started ordering and the dame told me they hadn't had a huh. no wow! (this visit was at midday, only so that they know that I let it go and decided to go instead to popeye. Today I thought I would try again as both popeyes and chick filet were restocked. again I drive to the drive-thru (again I am at the same time) as I am in a bit hurry and don't want to get out. but this time I was told that if I wanted to order, I would have to come in. I thought I misunderstood it, so I asked it again. No, you can't order in the drive-thru now. they have to drive around the building, back on the road and back to the parking space and go. Why not close the drive-dru so we don't drive it? or do they get the personal? it is really not surprising that both competitors are successful and they are within blocks of each other. KFC franchise obviously not even try a little, or maybe it's just this place sad times."

"If you dine in here, be prepared to spend a few hours. The first hour was spent waiting for a table, fortunately the retail area was entertaining so we didn't really notice. Once we were seated, it took over two hours for us to receive our entres mypartner's steak was cooked perfectly, but mine was a hockey puck (ordered medium well, came out grey); my eggs also were burnt.The grits were watery and bland. The sausage gravy tastes greasy, but the beef gravy isn't bad. The manager compensated us witha free dessert. Good service, not very good cooking, very very long wait. Probably won't be back."
