"The normal with majority of restaurants now, the customer service sucks. The young lady didn't even let us get our complete order out without continuously cutting us off. Then at the window, she asked if we needed any honey, jelly or sauce and before we could answer she closed the window. We asked for half and half with the chicken we got all mild. Smh!"

"Dare I say it? Yep this is the best catfish you will find in the city. Meal was prepared as if big momma was in the back cooking. All of the staff were pleasant and displayed exceptional teamwork. I had the Cajun catfish dinner with Mac and cheese, white beans, hush puppies and a salad. BTW all of that was included in the dinner! Food was better than expected. I loved the drive to this place just beautiful. Add this establishment to your family, friendly, affordable checklist."

"Waited over 10 minutes in the drive through nobody else was in line. Then waited over 20 minutes for the food to come out. Maybe 5 other cars came through while we waited. What's going on in this place? Saw at least 5 people working when we put our order in."

"Service was exceptional for any restaurant let alone a counter serve joint. We called ahead for allergen information and we were given detailed information requested and invited to discuss further on arrival. One order was within description specified butnot quite as desired so the manager working the counter switched it out for us. Staff working the counter and seating area werecourteous, busy cleaning or assisting others. The food was good but the service set this place apart."

I wait too long every time I pick up from this location. My time is money."

"July 31, 2023, lunchtime. Service at the bar was great. Food was great, as usual. The following message is for all restaurants in the Louisville, KY area: Whomever was operating the fryer at this location, on this day made the best, most perfect French fries and fried shrimp that I have ever had in my 45 years on this rock. It would be a mistake to not poach them for yourselves!!!!"
