"Our French fries was hard as a rock. Our fish still has the skin when in was battered . The coleslaw was served under my fries and gravy. The waitress was great and apologized for the food. "I used to love going to Reggies on the Hill every weekend. After switching to Regies too, it was great at first. Sadly it was only at first. In the two trips recently I was very disappointed. I say two because the first time I had a bad experience I chalked it up to a bad day and decided to try again before giving up on it. I ordered a burger and fries. The meat was very gritty, the lettuce was limp, old and discoloured from age. The fries were soggy and underdone. Also they changed everything about it from what i remember of Regies on the Hill, from the buns, meat, fries. It's not what I remember and sadly I don't think I will be returning, as 20 dollars for soggy gritty food is not worth it to me."
