"This is the first time that I have tasted Chick-fil-A. I've always wondered why with the long long lines if it was really worth it? Well, it is! I ordered my food on the app and when I got to the restaurant it takes about 20 minutes. The customer service is extremely awesome! One of the girls was on training and I think it was probably the manager owner that was out there helping her and teaching her. I asked him how many employees there were on a shift. 30 employees for that place. The chicken and the waffle fries are absolutely delicious! I will definitely make the time to go again."

"This place has been a favorite of mine for the classic ham sandwich for lunch for years. Never a wait and friendly service. I stopped in last week, ordered and received my sandwich and went home to enjoy. Well...one slice of ham and served on a hamburger bun instead of the usual croissant, what a disappointment! Couldn't even taste the ham mainly because there really wasn't any ham. Tried to call twice to let them know my dissatisfaction only to go to voicemail. Sorry Honeybaked...game over!"

"I must edit my review. The manager reached out to me and apologized for the failure to answer the phone. Said it was because they have been very busy and some employees had quit so they were short handed. I still think that answering the phone or listening to messages is important as they probably lost some business by not responding. However, he was most helpful and actually delivered my order to my mother after business hours. I so appreciated that, as she is quite elderly and getting out is very difficult for her and not safe in the winter. The food is good but customer service stinks. I order a turkey breast for my mother to pick up at curbside and they don’t answer their phone so she can let them know she is there. In fact, apparently they never answer their phone because their mailbox is full."
