"Food was ok, some ingredients missing on the sliders. Waiter was spread out too thin. Happy hour specials are only in the bar. Waiter told us it was only $1.00 difference so my husband just ordered his beer from the table. Got the bill and it was $3.50 more than if he would have ordered from the bar."

"My husband went to Popeyes and brought home some food, 7 minute drive. The food was cold, nothing warm about it at all. Do the own warmers? We use to live in Chanute Ks, I would drive to Pittsburgh ks to get KFC, it was still Luke warm when I got it home. I have been to plenty of Popeye chicken and they were all amazing. I won't be back to the one in Joplin. Look I even had to warm up my own food."

"Stopped in Saturday's Barbecue on a Saturday morning to grab a sandwich. I wanted to get a Burnt Ends sandwich but was told there were no burnt ends available. I went with the Brisket sandwich with regular BBQ sauce to go. I chatted with Eli for a bit and he seems like a real good dude and states he has been at this location for 3 years. Eli states during the spring/summer he will have sides available but not during the winter months. I asked about some spicy BBQ sauce and he states he didn't have any at the moment. I noticed from other reviews there is a hot BBQ sauce made from peppers grown on the property, and hope I can try some of that when they become available. The portion of Brisket on my Brisket sandwich was hefty! I tried it without BBQ sauce before adding the BBQ sauce. I found the meat to be flavorful and was mixed with juicy, dry and fatty pieces. The price of the Brisket sandwich was a bit high at $10 without a side or drink. Overall, Eli's friendly demeanor and passion for BBQ makes this a must visit place! I plan to visit Saturday's Barbecue again when the full menu is available, as I would like to try the coleslaw, burnt ends, and spicy/hot BBQ sauce.
