"So it wasn't enough to mess my order by giving and charging me for 3 pc dinners instead of 2 pc like I ordered. No big deal, there was a long line waiting so I just paid the extra. However, I specifically asked about tarter sauce TWICE and tried to pay for it since there's a sign saying you have to ORDER any sauces for 35 cents each. I was told TWICE that it comes with one each. Took the girls word for it and left. Obviously that was a mistake since I opened the boxes and bag back at the office to find NO sauces of any kind. Word of advice of you go here: don't try to be courteous to other patrons and leave the drive thru window without checking EVERYTHING."

"Everytime I come to the New Boston Rd. location, I try to order extra crispy chicken. They tell me it will be 30 minutes. Today, I ordered online and arrived 25 minutes later. They told me they didn't have the order yet and it would be 30 minutes. They didn't even have any customers here. I am mad and hungry. The don't prepare extra crispy ahead of time. Am I the onlyone that likes extra crispy??"

"Naamans has raised their prices to ridiculous greed more than need levels, and the sparse lunch crowd on Thursday reflected that there are a lot of former customers who refuse to pay $30 a pound for beef brisket or $12 for a sandwich. Completely contemptible! I’m done with Naamans."

"My favorite is the fried white fish fillets and fried jumbo shrimp combo! I can't eat it all at one time but I love leftovers! Even though it's fast service everything is cooked fresh and the hot when it's served. We are so happy that we happened to find this place in an excellent location in Texarkana Texas."
