"Bad drive thru experience. Got home and got raw chicken wings. Came back and all they had for me was excuses. The manager one of the first things she said was I can not give you a refund, instead of asking if my family was ok. I do not need a refund, or any other product. What I need is for them to have better quality control, for them to make sure their product is cook correctly."

"Very bad first impression. I wasn't in the mood for chicken... First mistake was not there for chicken. I ordered the fried catfish and asked if one of my two sides could be salad, and was told that I could have salad, but that there were two sides... I was all right with that, because I wasn't really hungry. What I received was a serious TINY serving iceberg salad with very small red cabbage and carrot shredders in it... prohaps 7-8 bites. It was unstoppable. When the catfish came, he was overcooked and soaked into old oil, Ick!!! When I checked out, I was charged an extra $1.00 for a menu change. If not for that, I could return to try the chicken one day, but how I feel that I was completely exploited, prefer never to give them another cent of my money."

"Driving through Yuma, we stopped to get a real root beer and some food. Waited for our food to be brought to us. Upon checking, we were missing an item. We went inside and the problem was immediately fixed, stating “ thank you for the opportunity to fix our problem.” Very nice staff! Thank you, we may return on our way home!"

"Had a bowl of green Chile, reminds me of home in New Mexico, great soup. Had the Jalepeno burger, a fresh roasted jalepeno bacon cook medium. Great home made patty. Wife had a tri tip sandwich, great flavor. Cole slaw the way I like it, no mayo, with apples. I will be back and I will tell people come try this place. Also had great service, friendly waitress and waiters."
