"My son and I decided on a take out meal of fish and chips. I'd completely forgotten about this place. We used to come here when I was much younger. Its still awesome. the fish and chips are awesome! Staff is friendly and polite. I love this place!!!"

"I'll be honest, I was a little nervous about this place at first. I knew absolutely nothing about it beyond my wife saying we needed to go. She went to the one in Hamilton, loved it, and had been bugging me for a while to give it a shot. I finally caved this weekend and decided to give it a whirl.As we walked down quiet Brant St. to the restaurant I could see that the patio was nearly full, and there was loud late 80's / early 90's rap music playing. I smiled, looked at my wife and asked "What the h*ll is this place?". We walked up the steps and past the door to find pretty well everything awesome about my childhood!! This restaurant is decorated like my bedroom was as a kid! Just cool stuff plastered all over the place! The staff were super friendly and welcomed us right in.The menu, as expected, contained a variety of chicken dishes. Being Sunday, we took full advantage of the $5 Caesar's. I ordered the pulled smokey BBQ chicken, and my wife ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, both of which were really good. The fries are really good too. But it's not even the food that impressed me the most, it was the atmosphere, the people, and the music! I hadn't heard some of these songs for years, but of course knew every word! My feet were tapping the entire time and I impressed my wife with my expansive knowledge of late 80's rap music, a talent which she never knew I possessed. I wonder if this is how my parents felt when they used to listen to the "oldies" station? I don't know, but the music of my youth was obviously WAY better! :) I swear, it's like this place was made for people my age (early 40's), but certainly a place that all ages can enjoy.I can't wait to go back and try more of the menu items. A very welcome addition to downtown Burlington, and one that won't break the bank."

"Occasionally stop here for a breakfast sandwich. It's small with limited seating. When the better weather arrives it even better if you can get one of the outside tables. Family operated, which provides nice friendly service."
