"I have been here many times and everytime i go i wonder why i even bother, ordered spinach dip, they let me know they were out of the chips that come with it so they said we can give you some bread with it, ok i agreed it comes to the table and they literally gave us 2 tiny pieces of bread, i complained also cause it tasted gross, waitress took it away and then charged us for it!! i was annoyed , i find the food has really gone down hill. whatever you do don't ask to see the nutritional menu... even their healthy options are over 1000 calories , even my 7 year old daughter doesnt want to go anymore she says the food is yuck!"

"Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, being our first visit they explained the menu. We shared a Chicken melt sandwich which came with a side, my husband picked French Onion which he said was great. This sandwich only was enough for 2, without a side."

"Went here after the cinema,service was very slow,staff not very knowledgeable.Food was ok small portions,typical pub grub nothing special.Atmosphere was very vibrant,but noisy,seems to be a younger element that frequent this place."

"This place is embarrassing, as I waited and incredibly long time for my mobile order, 4 out of 5 of the orders in front of me had an error. When my order was up they didn’t have the dipping sauce I ordered, a frustration but not the end of the world. But when I got home have opened up the food I was only give 7 out our the 8 chicken tenders I paid for and one tiny baby tender. This franchise should be pulled."

"As an executive chef, restaurant owner... I applaud the ownership for finally bringing this chain out to the Fraser Valley. It 's long overdue and provides a great addition to the wonderful food scene in Chilliwack. I 've been a fan of C-Lovers for years. In fact we 've regularly made the commute to our favourite location in Abbotsford without a second thought. (Same ownership as Chilliwack) Staff are super friendly Service has always been beyond expectations, and the quality on point. No different for our experience in Chilliwack. But......... The key ingredient for any food chain.... from The Keg, Greek Island, or even Browns is consistency in its menu..... and portions. I would have loved to give Chilliwack a 4-5 star, however in direct comparison with their Abbotsford location, portions are smaller. Much smaller in fact when it comes to the fish portions specifically. When your plate arrives in Abbotsford, the food is starving for a larger plate, it 's abundant, it 's falling off, and the service staff struggle to make it to your table without fries falling off. Chilliwack fails to deliver a consistent portion though. The dinner was floating in excess plate space. Remember, we eat with our eyes first and foremost Trying to find your food is never a good thing for a positove dinner experience. I had a conversation with the server, pointed out the differences, and that we were regular long time clients, and she responded by saying we cut our fish differently than Abbotsford. Which brings me to my original point.... consistency in menus. Cutting fish differently doesn 't affect volume. It 's cutting corners. Savings. Portion control. But it shouldn 't be at the client 's expense. So for us, we will continue stick to the Abbotsford location and will sidestep Chilliwack. As a client, a consumer, and perhaps someone with too much insider knowledge and information on what goes on behind the scenes, I still want value for my hard earned income. I hope the management team will address this and bring about the required changes. Chef Swan"
