"I moved to Dover area some years ago and Norris was a regular stop when I lived in White Marsh. There is no place in Delaware for a fried hard crab. I got some great soft crabs and 2 fried hard crabs."

"We had cream of crab, crab pretzel, chili, burgers and bloody Mary's.Soup was better than most in the area-would order again, crab pretzel was great...warm and topped with a more than fair amount of crab dip, chili was outstanding...good and spicy served with warm chips, burger looked amazing but was way overcooked and charred... would try again, with more specific cooking instructions. Wait staff...Staff... one person served the whole restaurant and bar by herself. . .pretty crowded too. . . Did an outstanding job of doing everything. Took orders, waited tables, made drinks, handled complaints like a champ, apologized for short staffing but included everyone in her journey...everyone cheered her on.Best service I've had in a long time .Mgmt...this person is a keeper and deserves a bonus for keeping everyone positive and serving good food and drinkCan't wait to try your Rib special on thursday"

"The worst meal I've ever had. Got the pulled chicken nachos It was like soup, The chips were soggy and barely any. They charged me two extra dollars for sour cream. Then I got a quesadilla for my daughter and french fries and they were stale. They forgot my husband's beer they didn't give us plates in the table with sticky and dirty. The bathrooms we're disgusting. The chicken tenders weren't bad. So I guess that's a plus. We all feel sick won't be back."
