"Waited for food for 40+ mins. Was told at the 35 min mark that they were behind on quarter leg chicken so I was asked if 2 breasts was okay. I said sure since I ordered a half chicken and had been waiting quite a while already which seemed odd since they weren't busy. Less than a third of the tables had patrons and when I ordered, there were maybe 3 tables besides me. I was brought part of my food and was told the fries were behind and would be brought out later. I ate my food which took about 15 mins. Waited about 15 more, and then left because it was clear I was not going to be getting my fries after seeing multiple people that sat down after me get orders that did have fries. The garlic bread was good, but my chicken was overcooked. The server was very busy so I can't reallu fault her too much. She was the only one serving and I saw more than once that she yelling at kitchen staff for behind orders. Overall, I can't say my experience was an enjoyable or even okay one. I was unfortunately disappointed, which is a little disheartening since in general, I like the nandos franchise, but I have to say, I was not impressed with this particular location. "The food was really good. The server was very attentive and always asked how we did it, but when our drinks were almost empty or empty, they did not ask if we wanted to refill. You have to wait about 30 minutes to sit for Covid. The cabins and wall seats are any other table. The middle tables were all tables. I don't understand, but I don't care about it. More FYI for those who are."

"They are fantastic staff here! Today was a rough day with the babies, personal health problems, and work. From the moment they held open the door for me and the littles until they held open the exit for us, the staff took care of us as if we were at a 5 star restaurant. It was difficult for me to get and bring the order and drinks to the table with 2 little ones, so they offered to take my order at the table and brought it out for us. The entire staff was so friendly, helpful, and considerate. They brightened my day immensely."
