"We placed a larger order (for 4 people) today. We had ordered shashlik, currywurst, fries, fried potatoes, coleslaw and a farmer 's salad. The farmer 's salad, the fried potatoes and also the coleslaw were really very good, even if the price/performance ratio of the farmer 's salad m.m.n. is not quite right (portion see photo for €6.80) The other dishes were ok but nothing special good quality for a takeaway. What annoyed me, however, was the behavior of the lady who took our order. We ordered croquettes and they said they wouldn 't have them but it 's on the menu. I hadn 't finished my order when I had a chat with a friend/another customer. Greeting other guests and/or friends is fine, but not while you are about to take an order from another customer. Then it is better to signal to the customer who is ordering that you will be with them in a moment instead of not being very attentive in between. I can understand that it has just been reopened and that a lot of things were already sold out or that the processes are not yet fully coordinated. But you should at least know your own card by heart before you open it so that you don 't have to apologize with ... I haven 't sold it yet, so I don 't know or ... I don 't know where you got this information from have.. in my opinion, that was quite unprofessional and didn 't give me a good feeling as a guest and the guest should actually want to come back. Unfortunately, the fried potatoes were also forgotten, so we had to drive back to get them. That can always happen and it was also apologized everything was ok. Unfortunately, the snack bar itself doesn 't look like it 's reopening the menu was simply covered with gaffer tape and the old menu was not removed from the display case either, the new one was simply glued to the outer pane. That gives a bit of the impression of quickly, quickly, the main thing is that we open . Overall conclusion: the dishes are okay, but the customer handling and above all the external presentation should definitely be worked on again."
