"My family ordered last night for the first time by rosati and we were impressed. the woman who took the order by phone was so polite and ready to answer all the questions I had. she proposed her stuffed pizza. we ordered this, an order of garlic cheesebread, fried ravioli and soda. it came after approx. 40 minutes to our hotel and it was not disappointed! the sheer amount of cheese on the pizza brings wisconsin pizza to the shed. wow! the pizza was massiw. the sauce was on the sweeter side, but still good. the raviolis were my favorite part. my man liked the garlic cheese bread. everything was delicious! we also appreciate that the personal is sent to plates, serviettes and utensils. we travel with two young children so that this has helped so much! there was also a baptized amount of parmesan and pepper packages. overall, highly recommended! great service and eat. so glad we gave this place a try!"

"The Customer service through drive thru is not good. Very short and does not allow you to speak. They want to finish quickly and are rude in their approach. Also the orders I place always have less product. Today I had two large side orders of Fries andit was barely enough for one in two boxes. This is the Gurnee site. It's a new location and always something wrong here. Thereis system issues with no credit card accepted at times. Also there is delays on food orders way too long. And you can't orderin the app for this location either. They have no vetting of employees or are not trained correctly as well. I don't have anyissues in the Round lake IL. Popeyes. This is not good as it takes attention and proper communication to make customers comeback. But let's get the order right and then it's a better customer experience. This is not the place for this. I love Popeyesbut not this location."

"Overall really poor experience with the food period. My server was good and really tried but i had cold soup that he had to re- heat times. Salad was served with brown edges on the lettuce which he re made. The food came out with no seasoning after we are for extra Cajun. The seaside trio came out cold and overall the dinner was disappointing. I did ask drew to have a manager come only to give praise for his effort and how hard he tried but even with that he had to say something to her twice which was a disappointment. After all that i waited to get my bill to see if there. Would be any consideration for our experience and it wasn’t which was a another disappointment. I wanted to pay my bill then let them know how poor i thought it was to see if the manager would do the right thing and they did not. So i paid my plus dollar bill and the company can have that but it won’t get anymore dollars due the lack of care. The manager didn’t even offer a dessert or to take my soup that had to be re-heated times off. I dont generally frequent red lobster and i will surely not frequent this one again. Overall poor service, food, and experience."
