"I’ll start with the good, and then go on to the bad.The food came out at moderate-fast times, and the portions were about standard for the price.Now the bad…Every time I’ve visited, I’ve had a less than positive experience. This time, I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger.The fries were cold and under-seasoned, and the gravy was watery and bland.The burger was lukewarm, dry, and on the more bland side of things. There was just enough moisture from the sauce to prevent it from being dry enough to make me gag on it like I used to with my families thanksgiving turkey as a kid, but not enough sauce to taste it. That said, a proper burger should be moist enough without any sauce.The worst part is the lack of effort in the presentation of the food. Whether the food is amazing or terrible, proper presentation of a dish shows pride. When the burger is lopsided, the lettuce isn’t neatly tucked, and the mushrooms are falling out, it says there was no care. At a fast food joint, I wouldn’t really wouldn’t care, but a sit down restaurant should have higher standards, and as a cook, I take a lot of pride in every dish I make, and it hurts my heart to see others not doing the same."

"What an awesome place. Stopped in for lunch. Forgot to take a picture of my meal. Great food , excellent service and of course amazing selection of beer from the brewery. Highly recommend checking this place out."

"Was very filling delicious ; a regular Philly cheese steak and a phillfy philly size pulled pork poutine fed 2 adults a toddler. we were stuffed. All over great for dinner! Great place to order from never disappointed!"

"I just tried to go back to this place, to give them a second chance because the first and second time I went there, they have been rude and stand-offish. I went in there today (Dec 12), no greeting. The man was standing there, he looked at me and stood by the order area so I thought he was waiting for me to order so I said, could I get a...and he puts his finger up as a gesture e to hold on. I 'm thinking what the? Then a guy comes out the washroom and he tells him the price for his food. My thing is, why couldn 't he just tell me "hi, just give me a few minutes. "Instead of giving me weird looks. I left without ordering. Customer service or the feeling of being welcomed , doesn 't exist in this place at all. Never going back!"
